This Past Week

I just want to touch base on all of the crazy things that have gone on this past week ranging from global issues and national news. First off with the crazy shit going on in Iran these past couple of weeks with the civil unrest is nuts. The issue here is that there is so many people there raising hell just to try and get their words in during tons of protest.

RIP Irani Teenager Neda Soltan- Most of you might have already heard or even seen this footage of this girl who was shot by an Irani Sniper. From what I can get out of this video is that it is shortly right after she had been shot and everyone was well aware, from what I believe the man with the white hair and blue shirt with white stripes is her father, and the other guy is supposedly her boyfriend. Those of you that can't really handle graphic footage shouldn't check this video out but those of you who aren't should check it out. This is real shit.

Moving on to the great MJ. There's been a lot of talk from different people with different perspectives on how they feel about his death. Let me touch base on what I think. MJ was the best hands down. He is the KING of POP. POP stands for POPULAR. He is the most fucking popular guy out there, well at least during his time before all the alligations. I forget where I heard this quote from but my boy said it right. "It's good to see all you Michael Jackson supporters out here but where the fuck were you during his trial and tribulations?".

but like Jay said they never miss you unless you are dead and you're gone. MJ was in the works of doing another tour but i'm to those fans that were planning to see him. The shitty thing about news like this is that the Media loves to blow this shit all up. Apparently MJ died and from suffering from Cardiac Arrest, which can occur from multiple things. MJ could possibly had died from ODing on drugs but lets be real, everyone has their skeletons. MJ started performing when he was 5 fucking years old. This guy had no childhood. He was abused as a kid. He was a musical Genius and freak it on the dance stage, but on the inside Michael was a little messed up but thats the price you might have to pay when you're that fucking good. The only thing I really have to say is that Michael pedo or not, druggie or not. he was still the best. Lets not let the cause of death and his accusations deny him from what greatness he has served for the entire world. i highly doubt any artist will be able to top what he did (at least anytime soon). He will be missed greatly. RIP - on other notes I need to go back to my parents house and dig in my closet for old MJ memorabilia!

USA FOOTBALL ahem.. I mean SOCCER takes over the world.
The Last couple of weeks the USA Soccer team has not only suprised its fans but the whole world after defeating Egypt and even world number #1 ranked Spain, to place them in the finals in this summers 2009 Confederations Cup against the heavy hitters BRASIL. I woke up a little late today like 240p.m. (No lie).. I quickly got online and went to ESPN360.com to check the status of the game to see that USA was up 1 and then Donovan popped another goal in right before half. I thought to myself its going to be crazy seeing all these USA FANs going nuts, but I knew it was too good to be true after Brasil took control of the game and finished with 3 unanswered goals in the 2nd half. Tough luck USA, but you guys look great. Gold Cup coming up soon!
